The place is beautiful, very big and brand new. Location was perfect just near the fish market and walking distance to visit everything. There is a paying parking spot 5 minutes walk away, 19 euros/24h. Washing machine was so nice to have. Really good coffee was provided which was a very nice touch. These are just very small details but we would suggest adding a towel to dry the dishes, and providing soap for the washing machine. Overall such a nice stay, we 100% recommend!!!

The place was nice and clean just like the pictures. It’s about a six or eight minute walk to the center of the city. If you get there and you don’t have any hot water there’s a switch behind the microwave to turn the water heater on.

The apartment was good but not great. To start with the host was responsive to messages and the check in process was easy, although we had arranged a check in time which was then moved 45 mins later with very little notice - not a massive issue but a little an In general the apartment was clean and spacious, as shown in the pictures so that was a positive. We had a few issues with the apartment itself though: - The shower upstairs was only warm for our first 2 days, after that we couldn’t get it to warm up so we were having to have cold showers which wasn’t great. - The TV in the bedroom was awful, it works to a point but as soon as you try and watch Netflix etc it freezes and crashes so it was unusable. The main issue we had was that the walls are obviously very thin in the building, at night you can here people coming in and out of the building and also up the stairs into their apartments - we aren’t fussy so this wouldn’t normally bother us, but this was pretty loud sadly.

The apartment was very nice and modern. It is situated in a new building. The bed was very comfortable. Location is good, you can walk to all the main attractions. Catania has a nice centre. The check in was good. Luigi was very helpfull.

We really enjoyed our stay in Catania. The apartment is modern and well equipped. The city is reachable by foot in a few minutes. Communication was great and everything worked smoothly. We really can recommend to stay there.
