Our stay was perfect, just like walking into our home. Easy to get in, and settle in. The water pressure and temperature of the showers were great, the A/C was delightful, although the house was extremely comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing! We definitely had a great time! We had no issues whatsoever. Amanda was extremely quick to respond with any questions we had. I do recommend for fist time river/lake users, use river shoes or old pair of sneakers when moving onto the shore. Then you can wear flip flops. Very slippery out there.

DO NOT USE AIR B N B. Upon arrival house had not been cleaned, smelled of alcohol and marijuana and out side trash was already full. After arriving late to have to spend another 2 hours changing one bed's sheets, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms, we were rather upset, exhausted and disgruntled. Amanda tried to make it right by giving us full nights refund and sending cleaning crew first thing next morning. Air B n B only offered 35% off 1 nights stay. Air B n B tried to provide other listings that had same number of bedrooms/ bathrooms/ levels/ pool, but they were already booked or much higher priced. Reported 2 maintenance issues only 1 fixed. Air B n B was very low end and unhelpful with the legitimate complaints and overpriced especially with the added on fees that are unseen until in booking.
