There is a 4-mile uphill stretch of unpaved road required to reach the property. From late-October through mid-April, 4WD or AWD vehicles and good winter tires are required due to occasional heavy snow and potential snow drift in the area.** While the owners' home is located near the guest house, the studio is oriented such that it feels very private and secluded.
