Welcome to this beautiful home in the charming historic community of Pass-a-Grille! This area is highly desired for its pristine beaches and exclusive location between the intracoastal and the sparkling Gulf. The home features a spacious living area, a relaxing pool, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony areas & three bedrooms. With its beautiful surroundings and charming atmosphere, our home is the perfect place for a family to unwind and enjoy a peaceful slice of our old Florida beach town. Welcome to our beautiful 3-story Pass-a-Grille home, located just steps away from the stunning white sandy beaches and local restaurants. This charming home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for the whole family. As you enter the home on the ground floor, you will be greeted by a foyer and entryway, which leads to the stairs that take you up to the main living space on the second story. The ground floor also provides convenient access to the pool area, where you can relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. The main living space on the second story is bright and spacious, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room is comfortably furnished with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The living room also features a fireplace for those crisp winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three. The adjacent dining area features a large table that seats six, perfect for enjoying family meals or entertaining guests. The second story features two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third story features a master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a balcony that offers stunning views of the pool and the surrounding area. The third story also has a cozy den area with a daybed that is perfect for relaxing and reading a book, as well as a balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. This home is perfect for outdoor living, with a pool area that includes poolside seating and a dining area with a gas grill, perfect for outdoor entertaining. The beach is just steps away, making it easy to enjoy all the water activities the area has to offer. Overall, this Pass-a-Grille home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and relaxation, making it the perfect place to call home during your next beach visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. We love pass-a-grille and found the location of the house to be convenient to everything. It worked very well for our family and the house was well-stocked for our extended stay.
Great house in a great location! We love Pass-a-Grille and the house has views of both the Gulf and the bay. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was well supplied with all you might need. The pool and spa were great but had a leak during our stay which required regular attention by us to add water daily and chemicals every few days. The salt water unit was not working. The outdoor shower and furniture by the pool were great but the deck furniture could use a refresh. As others have commented, the rugs and living room furniture need a good cleaning. We had some issues with the smoke alarm system malfunctioning during our stay but the management company was responsive and addressed the problem. We also had problems with the dryer that was not fixed during our visit. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives. We had a good stay.
The location is perfect. You can walk to restaurants, ice cream shop, boutiques, the beach. There is plenty of room in the house to be very comfortable. It’s right across the street from a basketball court, tennis court, dog park, baseball field….lots of things to do. The pool was very nice to have all to ourselves, one of the main reasons we rented this house. The house is great, with a few areas that need to be improved. The couches in the main living space are significantly stained. The chairs in the master bedroom are faux leather and flaking everywhere. The railings on the deck need to be tightened (a few very loose ones that made us nervous), the gate to the pool is broken (if you have small children like us this is worrisome) and the patio furniture absolutely needs to be replaced. There are extremely sharp edges on the chairs that could easily cut you, and they are all rusted. For what this property is renting for, all of these things should be taken care of.
Absolutely loved everything about this beautiful beach house! I can’t wait for an opening to came back up so I can return. The only thing I regret is not booking it for longer.

My husband Mark and I are St Pete Beach residents who can't get enough of our hometown! We purchased a condo in St Pete Beach when we were living in New York and this connection drew us to move South to the Sunshine State. Living locally, we are accessible to renters to help with any concerns during your stay and regular communication as needed. While we are usually close by, we also have a network of people and local businesses to assist in case of emergency or maintenance issues that may arise. We frequently enjoy our slice of paradise in St Pete Beach. We love to walk the beach, paddle board or kayak, swim in the gulf and enjoy many of the outdoor activities that the beach has to offer. We are also quite diverse when it comes to our food choices, and love the variety that St Pete Beach has to offer. We also enjoy drinking craft beer or mixed drinks while watching the sunset in paradise! Our office manages for multiple owners and have multiple units in close proximity, making it ideal for groups who are looking to rent and coordinate several units. We can't wait to offer one of our homes to you as you relax and take some time away.
