I can not overstate how incredible and accommodating Jon and Raquel were during an immensely stressful visit. They bent over backward to ensure our Airbnb experience was beyond 5 stars. The location, apartment, amenities, and everything else associated with our stay as their guests is above and beyond what we expected. My wife and I thank them very much and are grateful for their understanding regarding our visit.

This is such a wonderful place to stay, with ample parking! I would stay here again anytime. This old home has so much character and has been well cared for! The home has everything you could ask for during your stay. No extravagant checkout list or chores are needed to check out. Excellent communication and a wonderful, comfy home. The beds are very comfortable, the dining room is enormous, and every bedroom has a TV!

We stayed at Jon and Raquel's place with a couple of friends and our two toddlers. It was well stocked for little ones and they even provided an extra booster seat so we could feed both kids at the same time. The neighbourhood is convenient for getting to Boston or up to the rest of the north shore and the high street had some great restaurants on it next to the beach. There are also a LOT of playgrounds within walking distance. We used the train several days, which was accessible even with a stroller. It only runs every 30 minutes or sometimes every hour, so you have to plan ahead, but definitely preferable to driving into Boston. We would definitely stay here again if the wind takes us to Swampscott!

This is a beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is extremely clean well decorated,and the location for us was absolutely perfect. (just a 2 min walk to the railway) The beds are a little small for 2 but extremely comfortable. The coffee bar and rocking chairs on the porch was definitely a great start to the morning. Raquel and Jon sent great detailed instructions on checking in and out and very fast response to any messages sent. We will be returning to this property for sure!!
