We had a great stay! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Having off street parking was a plus. Cynthia communicated with us from start to finish. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Great little place in a great location - my only gripe was the frosted doors to the bathrooms! If you're sharing with friends, as we were, be prepared to be able to see the outline of someone sitting on the toilet from the couch. Also makes it obnoxious for the bedroom with the bathroom attached - any time someone goes to the bathroom at night, it floods the bedroom with light since it's just glass, waking up the other person. Everything else was great - clean, all amenities, walkable restaurants, close to Salem (and the train, if you don't want to deal with parking there).. it was really just the bathroom doors that put a damper on things.

We had a great weekend stay at Cynthia's. The space is super cute and was very clean. Just a short walk from the water and plenty of restaurants. Swampscott is a beautiful little town, I would love to stay at Cynthia's the next time we visit. We had everything we needed and the back patio was lovely.

Newly renovated inside, it was a beautiful place to spend a weekend. Cynthia was a great remote hostess!
