Kevin was a superb Host. The place was exactly as described and really appreciated the responsiveness and accommodating spirit. Literally, the only issue is we could hear all of the kids running around upstairs. Other than this, everything was exactly as described and would highly recommended. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Easy walk to the beaches and clean. Responsive, flexible hosts and great shower! Would stay again.

Kevin's first-floor apartment was a fantastic value, extremely convenient to Boston and the North Shore, and had wonderful covered parking for our various vehicles. He is highly responsive, responsible, and flexible when it comes to adjusting check-in and check-out times. I would definitely stay with him again!

We had a good time here. I will say it’s about 20-30 minutes from Boston. It was clean and had comfortable beds. Kevin is very responsive and took care of things for us quickly when asked which was super appreciated! The only thing I will say, as others have said, the walls are very thin and if there are guests upstairs you will definitely know. Overall though it’s definitely a good find! Thanks Kevin for your hospitality!

Kevin is a great host. The place is beautiful and even better in person. It was a bit hard to find because it is set in the back of a long driveway. The walls are very thin and you will hear the tenants upstairs. I was awoken on two separate evenings from the heavy footsteps. Location was central to everything.
