We had a great time. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, my kids and grandkids to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill appeared brand new. Contactless check-in was a breeze. The A/C units through the house kept it comfortable in the heat and humidity. There was ample parking, including a two car garage. The private tennis court was in excellent condition and there were even racquets to use, although we brought tennis balls. Not surprisingly, surrounded by woods you need mosquito repellent in the afternoon and evening. We had a minor lighting issue and Sand Dollar was there within an hour or so the remedy the problem. The location was very private and quiet. The trade off is that it’s a 15-20 minute ride to supermarkets and better beaches farther it on the cape. With traffic it was about 40 minutes to Nauset Beach on the National seashore, but worth the trip. Overall, this house was exactly what we were looking for and it suited our needs perfectly.

House was great size for our group of 10. The tennis court was fun but any outdoor activities were limited by the crazy amount of mosquitoes!! For us, the location wasn’t ideal since the beach is quite a walk with kids and otherwise it’s 25$ a day parking at most surrounding beaches in the area. The beach is also very rocky (bring water shoes if possible). Lastly, for a house that can accommodate 10+ people they should look at upgrading their hot water tank. Half of us had to take cold showers if we were trying to get ready to go out all together. No linens included, no beach chairs or beach toys, no beach parking pass… not worth the premium price in my opinion.

Beautiful and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for families. The house has an extensive library that made me want to never leave so I can just read the day away! There is also a private tennis court and the beach is pretty close. As mentioned by another reviewer, there is access to the beach if you walk past the “no trespassing” signs. Beware of huge bugs (horse flies?) though! We ended up driving to Sandy Neck beach, about 5 mins away. Aside from some minor housekeeping concerns, which I sent privately to Sand Dollar, our stay was great!

Several friends and I stayed at this home for a week. We had a great time! The house was very accommodating. It was an effort to find sheets for all the beds and the TV was not great, but other than that, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving dishes and the beds were the MOST COMFORTABLE. The walk to the beach was also so close! Would stay again.
