A cute little house in a beautiful neighborhood. You can see the ocean from the top of the street. However it is advertised as air conditioned. It is only air conditioned in the main area and basement. Bedrooms have standing fans only. It was cool when we went so not a big deal but would have been miserable if it was hot. There were quite a few flies in the basement, I assume from the trash can that was sitting underneath the deck (it smelled). I let the rental agency know so hopefully it has been removed. The hot water heater also went out while we were there for three days. They were very quick to respond and a plumber came over that evening and indicated it was fixed but it was not. Hopefully the next group has hot water. We were issued a small refund for our troubles so I do appreciate everyone working with us.

The house we stayed in was great. Excellent layout, comfortable beds, very well appointed, and easy to use kitchen. The location was on a quiet street, but easily accessible to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Sand Dollar was incredibly helpful from communication prior to our visit to follow up during our stay. We plan to stay there again. It was a perfect choice for us and our dog.

Great location and nicely decorated. Very comfortable seating and beds. Very nice grill and deck. Downstairs is a good bonus getaway. Would definitely stay again

This was a perfect home for our family. It’s beautifully furnished with three spacious bedrooms and a lovely sun room and deck for meals. The basement is nice and cool for movie watching or playing games. Walking distance to cafe, bookstore, and convenient store and a short drive to the beach. Beach parking can be limited at peak times so a bicycle is another good option, though we found a smaller lot east of the main beach parking that always had spots available and was closer to a low tide area which is great for little kids. Thanks again for a great stay!
