Newly renovated space in the back of a 100+ year old home in historic area with use of deck, BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. Microwave and refrigerator provided. Walking distance of downtown Roanoke, numerous restaurants & shops, breweries, farmer's market, live music venues, and Carilion Hospital. Easy trip to Blacksburg for Virginia Tech events. The Star View Studio guest suite is attached to a 100+ year old home, located in the Old Southwest historic district. Guests have full privacy and access to nearly 300 ft.² of interior space with mudroom, bedroom, and spa like bathroom with large glass enclosed rain shower. Plus, exclusive use of adjacent 240 ft.² back deck with outdoor dining table, four chairs, solo stove fire pit, and propane BBQ grill. At night there is a wonderful view of the Roanoke Star on Mill mountain. Deck lights are set to come on at dusk and go off each night when quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Please note, due to the number of stairs and uneven pathway, this property is not appropriate for individuals with mobility impairment.

Great location and views.
The place was fantastic. Very clean, great ammenities, close to lots of things to do. No complaints here.
Perfect efficiency if you are in Roanoke. Private, high quality linens, non allergenic cleaning products, bright natural light. Newly renovated bathroom that sparkles with white subway tile and rain shower head...thick, fluffy towels, Netflix. My stay was perfect. Lovely 2nd floor location attached to main house. Easy parking on street. Safe area...lovely deck outside room with view. Recommend.
Super cute studio! Nice and clean. Amazing bathroom... loved the space! Comfy bed. Beautiful view of the Roanoke Star! Tricky getting in, narrow path, which Tess mentioned, but if stairs and steps work for you, this place was really cute!

We are within walking distance of downtown Roanoke with access to all of the restaurants and entertainment options downtown has the offer. The Star View Studio is a short walk from the Roanoke Greenway, which is a walking and biking path that follows the Roanoke river.
