We were extremely pleased with the property. It was immaculate and very good instructions. Light switches were labeled. Tammy has seen to every detail. We were having a getaway with our 2 sons and wives and adult grandchildren. We all had a wonderful time.

The space was exactly as described and fit our family's needs. Very clear instructions and was the easiest checkout we have experienced with an Airbnb. Would recommend to all!!

I can not say enough great things about our stay. My whole family and I absolutely loved the 2 homes connected by a gate. The amenities and layout were absolutely exceptional. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out and spread out! The pool was packed with fun floaters and the barbecue area is such a great place to cook and mingle. The kitchen had EVERY SINGLE item you could ever need. It was clear that much thought went into what a guest might appreciate or need. There were so many extras that I’ve never had at other AirBnB’s like ground coffee, creamer, sweeteners and even makeup remover wipes!!!!.. I had asked about a high chair for my toddler and came into find it already set up waiting for us. To say we were blown away would be an understatement! Tammy was such an incredibly attentive and gracious host! I sincerely hope we are able to stay here on future family trips!

First off, Tammy is awesome. She was responsive, helpful, professional, polite and attentive to our needs. A group of us, 5 couples, came out for a river trip and this place was perfect for us. It had plenty of space for all of us adults and we were able to park two boats, and 4 vehicles. Every bedroom had a TV, with Direct TV and every room had either a queen or king bed. The homes were very clean and well stocked with coffee and creamer. Each home had a really nice welcome basket with snacks, which I thought was a classy touch. The kitchens had everything you could think of to make meals, and every bathroom had plenty of towels. The two houses on one property is a cool feature that really worked for our friend group. We loved this place and will stay here every time we go out to Yuma with a big group ❤️
