Welcome to our kid-friendly home away from home! Bring the whole family or your employees and colleagues here to relax. Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Close to the sand dunes, Martinez Lake, and anything in Yuma or The Foothills. Enjoy lounging by the pool or an outdoor barbecue. You can also shoot some pool inside. Dine together with your large group or family indoors or out! Five dedicated sleeping spaces. Oversized sectional with pullout twin bed. Dedicated desk and work area in loft. Two massive dining tables indoors and outside. Grab the kitchen chairs for added seating for inside dining room! Full bathrooms are upstairs and downstairs with a half bathroom downstairs and another in the outside suite.

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredible and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend this house for any group wanting relax and spend quality time together.
