Home is in a nice area and close to many great spots ( Legoland, Carlsbad Village, Flower Fields). The home has a wonderful Floorplan! We had our whole family there- adult kids + grands. We all enjoyed the game room/garage area and jacuzzi. The living room is perfect for movie nights! Overall the home was very clean. I communicated with the host about clogged drains in master sinks, unkept lawn and that jacuzzi needed to be refreshed. I was confident these items would be addressed for future guests. I do recommend this home for it's location and great layout for families.

My company I stayed during a business trip, the place was beautiful and had enough space for 8 of us to work out of the house without getting in each other's way. Had a really fun game room in the garage and a fun backyard area.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it’s a safe, convenient location. The layout was great, the kids loved playing fus ball, cornhole, pool and darts. Loved the whole kitchen and living room area. Beds were comfy.

The home was big and exactly what was described. We had a short stay and booked last minute so got a pretty good deal. Loved having the big living room, kitchen and garage game area to relax and socialize. The home is close to lots to do in the area. We walked to the lagoon which is nearby, and short drive to Carlsbad Village, as well as surrounding breweries and restaurants. This is a great house for a larger group, and we definitely enjoyed it as a group of 4.

The listing was, like others mentioned, even more open and bright than the photos. We had a wonderful visit. When we asked if there were beach towels they said “yes”. Then an hour before our arrival brand new beach towels were waiting for us in a delivery order, at the door to make sure there were enough for our large group. We felt taken care of and definitely want to come back.
