Guests have access to the garage which can be used for storage of outdoor kit and as a sleeping space for dogs if required. PARKING There is parking for up to four cars to the rear of the property. BABIES & CHILDREN A travel cot and highchair can be provided on request. DOGS Two dogs are welcome and must be kept downstairs, out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. A portable gate is available on request to keep dogs out of the sitting room. GUEST AMENITIES Bed linen, synthetic bedding and towels are provided. Guest toiletries are provided. A hairdryer is provided in each bedroom. Guests are able to make use of the membership for The Ocean Club Health Club and Spa in Seahouses - an entrance fee applies. Please note the pool and spa are closed from 4th January – 17th February 2023 for refurbishment. WI-FI & MOBILE COVERAGE Wi-Fi is provided. Mobile coverage can be average depending on the provider. HEATING There is oil central heating throughout the property in addition to the wood burning stove in the sitting room.
