This is a very spacious home that fit our party of 16 perfectly. The home has large dining area, plenty of blankets and pillows, and a basement great for socializing.

The house is large and comfortable. The kids had a great time staying in the downstairs bedroom. We were very lucky and grateful to find this place for our eclipse staging location. Thank you!

Perfect house! This house is in my hometown. Our group was 6 adults - my wife and I and our 3 adult kids and a friend. We all come home for a funeral. Really a perfect house for us and on the same street as my family in my lovely hometown -which has a vibrant downtown with good choices for dining and bars. The house was better than the pictures - lots of space and was a fun place - complete with board games, pool and ping pong table, great laundry facility, 3 bathrooms, and we had a severe cold snap with most days below zero and the house was toasty warm. Karen the host provided a lovely condolence card, chocolates, pecan pie and ice cream to welcome us. Amazing place.

Karen is a great hostess; very responsive, in case you have any questions. This home feels spacious, just as it was described to us. It works well for up to 4 couples, with plenty of space to gather together, as well as a separate bedroom for each (especially if one couple doesn’t mind using the kids’ room, single beds in the basement.) It would also be really great for families. The basement room would work well for 5 kids! In addition, there are sleeper sofas. The kitchen was clean and well stocked, plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, etc, as well as coffee and some snacks. We were there in the cooler time of year and wondered if the basement would be cold, but no problem . The house was nice and warm, top to bottom! It was a very comfortable stay.

We enjoyed the home. It was very clean and spacious. The pictures looked just like the house. The kitchen was well equipped. Very nice! I would recommend to friends.
