The duplex side B was so clean and had a modern, full kitchen. Two nice bedrooms. It is a very roomy place. Carl was so helpful and kind. The building itself is well kept. The neighborhood is older and some houses around were boarded up. The price was very reasonable.

Very clean and roomy apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Neighborhood is in a rebuilding period, but still felt safe. Stayed for a few weeks, and would do it again.

Door shouldn’t open. Carl wouldn’t answer. I had to get air bnb to send me his phone number. A woman answered and still couldn’t tell me how to open it. Finally got in and there and roaches ran off the walls. The floors in the hallway feel like they are going to cave in. House smelled like smoke. Heard gunshots every night. Bed felt gross. There’s barely hot water for showers. And to top it off. The ac and heat don’t work. Turn it up or down and nothing kicks on. Worst place I’ve stayed. Hands down. And I never write reviews 😅

The neighborhood looked a little rough but was very quiet.. I made a mistake and left my car unlocked all night and no one bothered it at all.. The house was nice and clean and felt very comfortable.. I would definitely stay here again.
