This was my first time renting a home through Airbnb, and I was pleasantly surprised at the entire experience. Our host, Margot, made it so easy for me and my family to make a last-minute trip to Long Island for a family funeral. She was always available to answer questions and provide helpful information about our stay. The house was impeccable, extremely comfortable and was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was private and peaceful and we had amazing views of the Great South Bay which was such a wonderful way to start each day. Thank you Margot for such a fantastic experience.

Margot's place was lovely! Peaceful and beautiful view of the Great South Bay. We enjoyed spectacular sun rises and and sun sets. The host was great and very helpful with questions.

In my nearly ten years of Airbnb stays, my stay at Margot's property ranks as the best stay yet. In charge of a weekend with several lifelong friends to attend another friend's wedding nearby, this stay outshone the wedding! Booking was expedient and smooth, the home and property spotless, wonderfully appointed and well stocked, house instructions most thoughtful, and communicating with Margot was most efficient. Never like to share a good secret; however, this house is--the--hidden gem in the area. The view and environs are postcard perfect, the local shore access charming and passing neighbors welcoming. Our group is already searching the calendar for a return date. Thank you again, Margot, for welcoming us to your home and presenting a most convivial atmosphere! It was a weekend none of us will forget. We will be back!

Top notch terrific airbnb experience. Margot is an impeccable host. She is quite personable and friendly pulls off the perfect combination of being extremely responsive but also extremely respectful of your time and privacy. There are concise and informative notes throughout the house explaining the way things work. Lots of thoughtful touches, such as when it was pouring one morning when we had to go out and there they were -- two large, sturdy umbrellas right by the front door. The house is fabulous, comfortable and well appointed (our son turned the nicely furnished basement with the great TV into a man cave), with the money shot being the huge deck with the gorgeous view of the bay lapping into the rocks at the base of the back yard -- with the bonus constant soothing sea breeze swaying the sea grass and the trees.

From start to finish my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Margot was the perfect host. Very helpful and proactive if we needed anything. We will definitely stay there again.
