Phenomenal location with picturesque views of the Great South Bay. The hostess Marie was incredibly accommodating as well as being truly kind & hospitable. A hidden gem for sure!

This is a fantastic easy weekend getaway. Great restaurants in Bellport and Patchogue are a short drive away, and the fire island ferry is also nearby. The views are stunning, the light all day is incredible. Even at the moonlight lights up the water. Lovely place to escape the day to day grind.

First off...what a view of the Patchogue Bay! Absolutely blissful, peaceful and serene spot for our family (2 adults and 2 toddlers) to spend a few days together. The home was pretty modern and in a quiet residential neighborhood with zero noise. The nearby homes were close enough to wave to the inhabitants, but not close enough to hear any sounds. Home was spacious -5 bedrooms officially. You can see Fire Island in the distance and sitting on the deck was a pleasure in the daytime (kids could play in the dirt) and nightime (moonlight over the water). Check in was easy and Marie was super-responsive and clear with instructions and assistance. She even had the property manager come right over to fix the hose which had a very small issue. The private beach is gated and very small with lots of bugs but still quaint. We chose to do the quick 20 minute drive to Fire Island..there is ocean beach and Bayside which is empty and calm. We will definitely come back soon..can't wait!
