A great rental and host! Very well appointed house with tasteful decor - perfect for a beach house. The living and outdoor space was great for privacy and quiet when sleeping and spending time together when not. The house is has beautiful views and is close to the beach, store, and bar. We hope to return again in the future!

Fantastic vacation spot. Couldn't ask for a better view. The location was amazing. It's so nice that the decks are up high and are large. Plenty of space for everyone to find a nook and relax quietly. The bean toss was a nice touch! The house is super well stocked in the kitchen as well, so if you are looking to make some nice group dinners, this is the place for you!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Dennis’s home! The views from the deck are great, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The kid play area in the downstairs was perfect for our 3 year old daughter as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway if you're looking to spend quiet family time without having to travel too far from the city. No detail was left out for making guests feel comfortable and welcome, especially if you have kids. I came with a 22 month old and did not have to haul over a crib or high chair. The place was well stocked with a toddler sized table and chairs plus plenty of toys. The water pressure of the indoor showers was divine but I loved the outdoor shower and used it most of the time after spending the day at the beach. This part of Fire Island is very family friendly, with a charming little library that hosts story time on Tuesdays. I also enjoyed the live music emanating from the one bar restaurant there, Casino Cafe while lying comfortably on the beach nearby. We ordered most of our groceries from King Kullen but the Harbor Store had a good amount of basics if you need. We picked up some cute sweatshirts as souvenirs too. The wraparound deck was such a beautiful place to be when the sun was setting with food hot off the grill. Overall loved this place and hope to come again.
