Welcome to your own "peace" of Manhappiness! Our Colbert Hills home, built in 2016, is a spacious 3100 finished square feet and filled with lots of natural light. It is located on the #1 public golf course in Kansas. Our 3/4 acre property includes woods and a small creek that separates us from the course. The living room area has 2 large oversized sofas fit for lots of seating or a nap! The full kitchen is stocked with essentials with cabinets to spare for food storage. It has a double oven, coffee bar and new refrigerator. The large sink/bar faces the dining space that can seat 3 at the bar and up to 8 at the table. The laundry room off of the garage entry has updated appliances. The home features all new furniture and mattresses with comfy bedding in each of the 5 bedrooms. The master suite, located off of the kitchen, includes a smart TV, double vanity, tiled shower, soaker tub and walk-in closet. The other 2 main floor bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom with a glass shower/tub combo. Downstairs, in the full walk-out basement with 9’ ceilings, you will be greeted by a K-State theme. Your guests will love watching games or movies on the 65” smart TV from the extra large sectional and wet-bar area that has a table for 6. The bar has a full size refrigerator. The 4th bedroom has a king size bed and the 5th bedroom has 4, twin XL (adult size!) bunkbeds with a walk-in closet. The 3rd full bathroom with a glass shower/tub combo is located near the bar. Outdoors, your group will enjoy beautiful sunsets, the sounds of wildlife & golfers and a peaceful forest view up on the deck or down on the patio by the gas fire-pit.

Home was close to events we came into town for. Rooms are nicely decorated and furniture is large and comfortable. Bed rooms were the perfect number for our family. Outside space was perfect for our end of the day chill space. Loved the fire table. Thank you.
From the time we booked this home until the time we left we had kindness, helpfulness and a wonderful experience with the owners. Julian, the owner, answered all my questions. This home is just as the pictures show. It is beautiful yet comfortable. It was clean and roomy enough for 10 adults and 2 children. It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. We stayed there over the Christmas holiday and would love to stay again when we can enjoy the beautiful deck out back. I would highly recommend this home and hope that we can stay there again. Very clean and spacious home in peaceful neighborhood. Secretly backs up to the golf course—great for walking in the winter! This home has just about every amenity you could want and the hosts are very gracious & attentive! They sent hot cookies to our doorstep and threw in 2 extra nights for no charge. A+++!! We will stay here again!
House was amazing! Had everything we needed and more. Super clean and lots of room. Would definitely recommend.
This house was amazing. Easy check-in. The entire house was clean and comfortable. We had a large group including adults, teenagers, and children and everyone was impressed . We all said the beds were so comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful backyard, but close to everything. We enjoyed a K-State football game while we were in town and we were so glad to have this house to come home to after an eventful day. I would recommend this home to my friends and family and I hope to stay again. Thank you Julian.
