Nearby restaurants and bars, easily walkable. No parking, recommend having a plan ahead of time if driving, difficult to find a spot but made it work. Lovely apartment!! Be mindful of the steep stairs to the bedroom if you’re not flexible or able to climb… such a unique spot! Appreciated the cutlery and glasses for drinks/food.

This property is located in a great location. It’s close to many sites in city central including several museums, walking tours, shopping, restaurants, elevator to Ville Haute and the palace. Unique property built into the hill, which causes significant humidity build up inside. You must empty the dehumidifiers to help manage the humidity. Stairs are fairly steep to the upstairs bedroom/shower. Toilet is on first floor. Nicely appointed kitchen. There is a bar next door. Arca Properties was very responsive for the issues I reported during my stay, and worked to resolve them. I did bring to their attention that several dehumidifiers were not functioning and thus humidity was at 80-85% during my stay. Significant cob webs throughout the apartment were also reported - some were taken care of during the stay. Bedroom rug had significant stains. Could use a good spring cleaning, and regular proactive equipment check/cleaning before guests arrive.
