Your group or family will love the easy access to everything from this centrally located home overlooking the city of Sequim. Our home is a perfect getaway for a short weekend or a long Olympic Peninsula staycation. Located only minutes from town, you will love the convenience while still enjoying the relative seclusion the area has to offer. Equally as convenient, jumping on the highway to visit all of the peninsula's many treasures will make your trip even more enjoyable! This 3+ bedroom home (plus bonus play/bedroom) has amazing views over Sequim and the Straights of Juan de Fuca. With a large kitchen, living room and back deck, there are plenty of areas to enjoy as a group or individually. That doesn't include the front patio, hot tub or game garage. You won't be disappointed!

The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and well stocked. Awesome views and location. Great communication by the host throughout our stay. I will definitely recommend this home to friends and family visiting with the area.

Stayed here for a weekend. Communication from host was great. House was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful backyard! Very quiet neighborhood. I look forward to returning if given the opportunity.

Ryan and Kelly have a beautiful home. It has so much to do with lots of fun games, a hot tub, play room and a well equipped kitchen! Ryan is very friendly and personally came over to meet us too. We had some technical issues at the time of check-in and there were some minor inconveniences (back door inaccessible with a pincode, leaky shower door/jammed body wash) but everything else is meticulously planned and arranged. We quickly forgot about our troubles and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Located south of Sequim on the west side of Bell Hill. Our House is located a short 5-10+ minute walk from local hotspot restaurant 'Nourish' (several guests have asked us to highly recommend Nourish, we do!); another 5+ minutes from the house is Red Dog Coffee Shop and 5+ more (walking) to downtown Sequim!
There aren’t a lot of public transportation options on the peninsula. That said, we are located 1 mile from highway 101 and the Sequim Avenue on/off ramps. Access to the rest of the peninsula is a direct highway 101 trip away!
Or if you are on bikes, the Olympic Discovery Trail can now take you from the Victorian seaport of Port Townsend all the way to the beaches of the Pacific Ocean!

Born in Alaska and raised on the Olympic Peninsula; I spent much of my early adult life living, working and traveling elsewhere in the world. In 2013, I decided to once again call Sequim home. I now live here with my wife, two boys and many pets of various shapes and sizes and haven’t regretted it for a second! The peninsula is a magical place!
