I can't recommend this charming place and it's hosts enough. Jeffrey was so welcoming and helpful and the place was just perfect. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings on a safe and gated private property. The Napoli was even nicer than described. Really comfortable-especially the bed. The back deck overlooking the water is wonderful. I would love to return one day!

We were blown away by the beauty of the Italian theme! The villa itself was super cute and cozy, and the tranquility of stepping out onto the back porch was unmatched. It was perfect for our weekend trip needs. Checked all my boxes for plenty of living room seating/space, clean/comfy beds, cozy home vibe, facilities for cooking/food storage, and safe/peaceful surroundings. We did have some issues with the front gate upon arrival, but even though we were arriving later than what we originally scheduled, Jeff was immediately there within seconds to fix the problem. Such a good experience. If we return to visit Fredericksburg, I'd definitely try to find this place again!

Great host and a great place! We stayed as our daughter’s wedding was right down the street. We enjoyed it and will be back for a little staycation to relax.

I almost don’t want to tell others how great it was because it may affect availability, but this was the perfect stay after a long road trip! It will be the first place I look the next time I’m in the area.
