Wonderful host with instant responses and very helpful and accommodating! Lovely place that’s beautifully updated with great outdoor living spaces too. And it’s just up the block from the river and trails with restaurants and shopping just a 10 minute walk! Great place to stay and will stay again when we’re back Kerrville way!

Karen was a great host, the house was better than expected and very close to the river. She welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and gift basket. The home had everything you needed. I would come back again.

This was our 2nd stay and we would always stay here if available. Karen is so friendly, proactive and responsive. The property is super clean, comfortable and decorated. The house is within walking distance of the river trail as well as restaurants and shopping. Beautiful home and a wonderful host!!
