This was a really great place to stay! Plenty of rooms, the kitchen and living room were great, and a great place to hang out in the backyard! The neighborhood was nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. The River Trail was right down the road and such a nice walk! We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Great place to stay. Not far from Fredericksburg! Super comfy beds! Cute home in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Carlyn's place. It is just as described with full amenities and very comfortable. We had our terriers with us as we attended our breed's National Specialty hosted in town. The fenced yard was very convenient as was walking the dogs to the river walk just 800 feet away. Carlyn was very responsive when we called her, she is welcoming and made us feel at home. The beds were comfy and the washer and dryer came in handy as we were there for a week. Carlyn graciously allowed us to check-out later than normal as we had late in the day flights back home. Don't hesitate to book her place. You won't regret it!
