Cynthia was a wonderful, responsive host. We had a few small issues during our 2 month stay and she resolved the majority of them promptly. The property as a whole is lovely - beautifully landscaped and maintained, a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of more central areas. However, be aware that the closest grocery store is a 3 km round trip and the hub of Centro, the Parroquia, is 3.4 km away. So, either be prepared to walk a lot, take a bus (which is cheap at 8 pesos pp but stops running at 9 pm) or taxi/uber (also inexpensive at 80 pesos within the central area of SMA). The property felt very safe given the security presence, the view from the balcony was pretty, especially at sunset, and the pool was great on those hot days. The interior of the condo was generous, closets were fantastic, no issues with hot water or water pressure although be aware you need to arrange for your own drinking water. It was a very nice home away from home for 2 months.

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O apartamento é exatamente como descrito e como está nas fotos. Tudo é super novo! A cozinha é bem equipada com muitas panelas, utensílios e equipamentos funcionando muito bem. Tinha um ótimo filtro novo com água para beber. Cama e roupas de cama de ótima qualidade. Condomínio muito agradável com belas áreas comuns. Tudo muito bem cuidado. O estacionamento é livre e bem ao lado do apartamento, fácil de carregar e descarregar o carro. Sobe-se apenas alguns degraus para chegar ao apartamento. Pode-se ver o lindo por do sol da varanda do apartamento!

Cynthia was one of the best hosts ever. So polite and responsive. The unit was clean and looked like the pictures. Pretty close to town, in a quiet location. Uber drivers did not seem to want to pick up from the condo. But they did drop off. Very near the La Comer. Kitchen was nice. Showers super warm and good water pressure. Good view and location within the condo resort. Good security. A couple notes - the pools and spa tubs were pretty cold in January. We did not use them, no one really did. The beds are very firm. But the linens are clean and everything was well kept. Overall we had a nice stay and Cynthia was the best.
