The apartment can only be reserved and occupied by people over 32 years of age, OR by families with minors - max 6 people. The rate per night is for 4 ppl. Additional fee per person, per night is charged after the 4th person. This luxurious apartment was designed with a modern transitional style. It has a master bedroom with KS bed. The mattress is made of high-density and memory foam to make your rest incredible. It has a 4K, 55" Smart TV. The secondary bedroom has a QS bed. The mattress is made of a very soft fabric, whose temperature will adapt for winter and summer. It also has a third bedroom with a sofabed and has a 4K, 50" Smart TV. Two full spacious bathrooms with a stand-up shower. Open space living room and dining room with 100% equipped kitchen (refrigerator with water dispenser, stove with 6 burners, conventional oven, coffee machine, blender, toaster, microwave, glasses, silverware and wine glasses. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The apartment has free parking space inside the condominium (first come first served). Remote assistance schedule: 7am - 9pm, 6 days a week. We provide: * Sheets, blankets, clean towels and bath mats. * Napkins, dish soap, garbage bags. * Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap. (for short stays only -- 1 to 4 nights) * Wireless Internet. * Invoice of your stay (for Mexican purposes only - if required) IMPORTANT: * Due to maintenance and cleaning issues, check-in or checkout is NOT allowed outside of the established hours. NOT INCLUDED: - Daily cleaning, laundry or kitchen supplies (food or drinks). - All spa's services are not included. - Additional shampoo, soap, toilet paper, oil or other supplies are not provided for long stays (more than 5 days). - Daily housekeeping is not provided (additional cleaning fee is $650 pesos). NOTE: If deep cleaning is required (removing stains, disinfecting bathrooms, etc.) the fee will be provided by the host. External cleaning services are NOT allowed.
