Welcome to a quiet, country neighborhood in Manakin Sabot, VA where neighborhood walks on the nature trail to the pond are highly recommended. Morning coffee *or tea* on the front porch is basically a MUST. Your room is furnished with a queen bed, a desk, a closet with hangers, and a private bathroom. 15 minute drive to Short Pump 25 minutes to Downtown Richmond 50 minutes to Charlottesville's Downtown Mall

Literally the nicest host I’ve ever had EVER
Wonderful stay at this airbnb! The house and its surroundig s are beautiful! The dog is very sweet and nice and the host was very repsonsive and accommodating!

The Edgehill Neighborhood in Manakin Sabot is small, quiet, and lovely. There are 3-5 miles of beautiful rolling hills that are perfect for a morning or evening stroll. Our neighbor to the right keeps chickens and ducks and occasionally they'll come to our yard to greet you.
We have a driveway for parking, as well as access to street parking if necessary. We're located on a quiet cul-de-sac.
