This listing is misrepresented. The townhouse is old, run down, and when we arrived dirty. The carpets and floors were filthy. The light over the stove was coated with dead bugs. The windows and blinds are so dirty you don’t want to touch them to open them. The main living area ceiling fan has so much dirt / dust that when you turn it on dirt floats down onto you. The worse thing was the place has a gnat infestation. The owners sent pest control to “assess” but not treat! I waited a week for word on treatment and nothing. The kitchen has very little in terms of dishes, 1 of 4 pans has handle broken off, no mixing or serving bowls at all. I told the owners I wanted to cancel the remainder of my stay due to infestation and cleanliness and they would NOT refund any money. Had to involve AirBnB. Would NEVER recommend staying here.

2635 was a very nice place to land for 3.5 months while we were waiting for our new home to be completed. Ashley was super responsive, great location and we always felt comfortable and safe in the neighborhood! I would definitely recommend it!
