So, to say this after such a high rating may seem strange, but we actually had some issues but the high rating reflects the professionalism with which Davide managed these issues. A couple of weeks beforehand, the villa sustained damage from a freak hailstorm damaging the aesthetics of the property, the roof lining of the sun lounger and some tiles and solar panels. Davide contacted us in advance and sent through photos of this and checked we were OK to continue. I should also say that the instructions we received were very thorough and clear - better than any AirBnB we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many). We also had an issue with the drains overflowing. We reported this to Davide (which was not pleasant) but he had an engineer our fixing the drains within 15 minutes and, while not ideal, I am not sure what else Davide could have done. My one comment is that the lights in the bathrooms are a bit dim and there is no air conditioning so you would need to bear that in mind.

Wir haben ein wunderschönes, modernes und neuwertiges Haus vorgefunden, top ausgestattet. Die Außenanlagen sind ein Traum, vor allem der große Pool und die BBQ Küche. Zu Fuß war uns der Weg etwas zu weit zum See, aber man hat immer gut im Ort parken können. Die umliegenden Orte sind von Peschiera sehr schnell zu erreichen ebenso wie der Lidl Supermarkt. Die Kommunikation mit Davide und dessen Reaktionsschnelligkeit waren hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und geben eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung.
