We had the best stay ever, thank you! We have a one year old and it was lovely to have clean towels every day, the flat is also really close to the swimming pool and the restaurant on site is definitely a plus. The flat was well maintained and everything was really clean. We hope to be back soon!

Location incredibile, arredata elegantemente e ristrutturata con grande cura. Personale gentile e disponibile, che ha reso il soggiorno perfetto. Posizione stupenda in un campo da golf a pochi minuti dal Lago di Garda. Parcheggio coperto riservato gratuito e servizi eccellenti, regna la pace e la tranquillità. Ben al di sopra delle aspettative! Grazie per la meravigliosa esperienza

The biggest issue with our stay was the closure of the Bio pool. We had specifically booked the apartment due to having a large child friendly pool. Having two under 5's would mean that they could play in the shallow water. Whilst we accept that the closure of the pool by the hotel for maintenance repairs was out of the control of the owners, we definitely did not feel that we received the same experience that we had booked. We were given access to the adjoining Hotel spa pool, but this was a more regular swimming pool and any use of the spa facilities was not really an option with two small kids. The apartment itself is well appointed, nicely finished with good quality fixtures fittings and bed linen. The decor of the pink ensuite in the main bedroom is a bit out of character with the rest of the apartment but is fine. The outdoor seating area is definitely the best feature of the property, great for relaxing, eating and children to play. We had a bit of a issue with the main bathroom shower. One of the sliding doors has broken so it has been repaired with a shower curtain (I'm not sure if this is a temporary or permanent fix?) But either way it's doesn't feel very premium. The temperature also fluctuates, which is not ideal when you are trying to shower small children (If you have kids you'll know that one of them trying to jump out of the shower onto a wet floor because the shower has changed from hot to cold or vice versa is a bit of an issue) We then used the bath for the kids instead. The owner insisted that there was nothing wrong with the water, but in practise we certainly experienced the above. We would've liked there to be at least some gesture by the owners made for the closure of the pool, especially as we had also pre-booked an extra night which we paid them directly. We felt like we were being made to feel like we were being awkward clients, especially when we didn't feel comfortable giving our credit card details via email for payment for the final evening. We almost felt that they thought we were going to do a runner so didn't trust us to leave the money before we left? So someone came round to collect the cash the night before. Overall it's a lovely location within easy reach of Lake Garda and Verona. We just felt that due to the pool closure and the few other issues highlighted above that we didn't really receive full value of paying around 300 Euros per night. Sometimes small gestures, and excellent service can make all the difference. .
