POOL SEASON: MAY 3 - SEPT 30. NOTE, THIS IS A SEMI PRIVATE POOL SHARED ONLY WITH THE HOME BEHIND THERE ARE 2 YARDS CONNECTED BACK TO BACK FOR ADDITIONAL ENJOYMENT. Heated, 14x28 in-ground, saltwater pool! 3 bedroom, 1 bath 1,200 sq ft., lower unit. The rear yard of this is a nice, grassy area that adjoins the awesome pool deck. 2 back yards for your enjoyment! Tiki bar, gazebo, gas firepit, 3 nice sized bedrooms, large bathroom, double vanity, washer / dryer, & more. Open kitchen area, all stainless steel, new appliances. Ice maker. Master bedroom: King bed, closet, 43" TV. 2nd bedroom, queen, closet, dresser, 43" TV. Kids room, 2 twin beds, one queen bed, 43" TV, closet, dresser. Full size washer / dryer, custom tiled shower, 2 vanity sinks.

The home was great real nice and spacious my teammates and I enjoyed our stay here only small thing I would say is response time could have been a tiny bit better

Our neighborhood is referred to as the "Cove District". A sought after pocket just east of downtown Sandusky close to the water and Cedar Point. Most homes have a Jimmie Buffet / palm tree theme, a fun area! Most all owners have spent a ton of money restoring and fixing up all of these homes, a great area!

My wife Diane and I have poured our energy and hard work into what we think is simply the best place in town. The street, Curran St., has a Jimmy Buffet theme with many individual tiki bars. This is our second home we rent is known as the "Round House" of Sandusky as we created a duplicate of the infamous bar on Put In Bay. We spared no expense on our home with granite everywhere, double oven in kitchen, ice maker, grill station, gazebo on the pool deck too! We want everyone who rents to have as much enjoyment as we've had over the years so have created this great spot with a heated, salt water built in pool. This is like our "Club Med" of Sandusky, enjoy!
