It is common and somewhat annoying, to hear someone walking upstairs or water running in their unit. ✔ On occasion, you may hear the use of the overhead garage door while in the master king bedroom or the garage. ✔ The ensuite on the lower level is near the garage and tends to be cooler in the winter months and warmer in the summer months. Our advice is to keep the bedroom door closed which will keep better control of the climate in that room.
