The house is awesome and the grounds are extremely well maintained. It’s private and secluded and so it’s great for a relaxing family break away from the city. With cricket nets, board games, TV, Carrom board, cards and a karaoke machine there is enough to do without ever leaving the Villa. There are also full time staff on-site for cooking, cleaning and security although communication with them may be challenging if you don’t speak Marathi or Hindi. The food is amazing and I would recommend booking the catering option unless you have a car to venture out. Colonel Oak plugged the communication gap by being in constant communication with us and spoiling us with amazing food choices and local fruits / specialities. He also helped us sort out our holiday laundry and dry cleaning. There are nice walks in the immediate vicinity and bicycles also provided at the villa. If, like us, you are coming from abroad I think you will find this accommodation very suited to international tastes.

Col Niranjan Oak is a great host. The place is absolutely amazing with Great views, Swanky property, and Clean Bedrooms. The Place has excellent gardens and pavilions to sit by and relax, you can also use the Swimming Pool(Only 3.5ft deep) to dip or play. The food offered at an additional cost is superb and homely. They have both Veg and Non-veg options. Their BBQ Dinner option is must recommended. Villa is located on the hill so you can come out and watch beautiful sunrise and sunset. A must-recommended stay option for your family/friends nearby Pune.
