LOCATION! Renovated condo in a historic building. Just across from the Convention Center (5-9min walk), free parking at our parking garage, 7th floor, brand new high end furniture, comfortable and cosy. Gr8 for business travelers. Historic Cooper Arms building, feels like a hotel, with friendly neighbors. Great restaurants/coffee shops in the building and within a short walk. Not yet another picture perfect Airbnb but a properly and thoughtfully furnished and equipped for a very comfortable stay. The condo features: High end furniture, all brand new. Beautyrest mattress and mattress topper- comfortable sleeping, medium firm, (as recommended by our physical therapist), so you don't wake up with a back pain, but rested. Comfortable seating in our super soft sofa and armchair New floors, quartz countertops, new appliances High speed wifi Dedicated Workspace - a nook with desk with an ergonomic desk chair, and an extra computer screen (can be used as TV too) if needed. 7th floor, high above the traffic. Minimal street noise, peaceful sleeping with closed balcony door/windows.

great spot by the beach
My wife and I traveled to Long Beach for the Grand Prix, and had made reservations at a local hotel. Upon arriving, the hotel was NOT as advertised and we didn’t feel comfortable staying there. Locally Ale’s place was available! This will henceforth be my go-to place to stay in Long Beach. Ale was so nice and accommodating to my last minute reservation. The place is for a couple, nice and secure building with lots of character. Perfect location close to lots of things, and a GREAT spot for the race. You can even see a bit of the track! Will be back!

It was a good place with a great location!
Place was neat and clean. Favorite thing about it was the bathroom and access to private parking. The balcony window is a little old though. Was doing a lot of movement during the storm and made the space feeling haunted a little bit. Other than that I loved it

This is downtown Long Beach, few minute walk from the Convention Center. It cannot be more central than this. We have parking garage that we pay for, and it's free for the guests. It is located around the corner, 3-4minutes from the condo. The area is safe and has plenty restaurants. The beach is nearby too
