This place was beautiful! The pool was very warm and awesome for my kids to play in. The house was fully stocked. We were greeted with a treat basket from James and Ashley, and they were very helpful when we had to reach out about a few things! I would 100% come back again! Very close to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment.

Located on a picturesque 18 hole golf course, Tiger Point Community is a safe, friendly, and quiet area with multiple dining, shopping, and recreational activity options nearby (and very few tigers). $17 Uber to Pensacola Beach. The semi-private golf course has tee times available to the general public. The clubhouse, located on the first tee has a large, gastro pub style restaurant, bar, and clubhouse.
The local area of Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach have many attractions and activities including the world's best and whitest beaches, fishing charters, jet-ski and boat rentals, Gulf Islands National Seashore, fantastic restaurants, Ft Pickens National Park, the Gulf Breeze Zoo, mini-golf, and movie theatres.
The city of Pensacola (14 miles away) is the home of the blue angels and has a minor league baseball team, The Naval Aviation History Museum, and historic Downtown Pensacola. Fun fact, Pensacola was founded in 1559, making it one of the oldest cities in America and 6 years older than St Augustine Fl.
The neighborhood is walking and biking friendly. Publix supermarket, several restaurants, fast food, and shopping is all walking distance. The home is just a few yards from the golf course, which is open to the public. The golf course's restaurant and two bars are close by. Street parking is available but there is enough private parking to accommodate six cars.
