Quiet location close enough to town, beds were comfortable, decent bath products, and host was friendly and responsive but that was all it had going for it. This place would benefit from a professional cleaning. Debris/hair that was definitely not ours/dead bugs/cobwebs were found in corners, behind toilets, in showers and along edges of the entire house. It seems like it was just a quick sweep to straighten up before we got there. Dishes were dirty & a dead roach was in the cabinet right next to the dishes. Dirty crusty rag in a cabinet. There’s no dining area for more than 1 person to comfortably eat. There’s a table & chairs in the patio, but they’re filthy. The downstairs bathroom clogged very easily and when we plunged it, toilet water came up into the shower from the shower drain. Host was responsive and quick to send someone over when notified, but we had already fixed it. Seemed like a recurring issue. I felt uncomfortable w/my baby crawling around.

Evolve and the property manager were nice enough, but at the end of they didn’t want to fully refund after we left early due to dirty shower with lice shampoo bottle in shower, and stained furniture along with sketchy neighborhood
