it is residential place. there is sari sari store nextdoor and basketball court.

Here is the Instructions to get there:
1) Tell tricycle driver to drop you in Address: Core Housing Guinobatan, Calapan City
(exactly Opposite of Barangay basketball court) if you want to search in map "type Guinobatan covered court" There is two Guinobatan, one is Halbot and Core Housing. so choose "Core Housing"
2) Please note it is a bit inside from the mainroad , so to avoid getting lost, kindly '' GET INTOUCH WITH MY COHOST FIRST'' so she can guide you where and what tricycle to take, to avoid getting lost, as the apartment is a bit inside of service road from main road.
other landmark ( Iglesia ni Kristo church) there is a service road nearby (before Iglesia ni cristo) from Xentro mall.
4) The Apartment is just opposite of Barangay basketball court.
Pls Dont go without contacting cohost and getting the key from cohost. If you will be late for check in, you must inform me or cohost in advance to avoid miscomnnmunication.
5) the apartment color is grey as well as its little gate
The co-host house is nearby apartment.
Cohost will handover you the key during check in. If you have any other inquiries please call/message me as my co-host is only in-charge for handing over the key and cleaning of the apartment.
Please maintain cleanliness and don't break anything inside the apartment.
No vandalism. Failure to comply has a corresponding penalty.
