We were blessed from the start with Al We needed an extended stay and worked with us on pricing. It was nice to have complementary coffee, popcorn and some sweets upon arrival. It was a really good first experience using Airbnb!

Al was a great communicator, available for any needs that came up. The house was exactly as pictured and we made good use of all the nearby walking trails, parks, hiking and swimming then came back to the peace at Smithville. There's a great coffee shop nearby as well. The neighbors are quiet and respectful and we loved petting their sweet dogs.

It’s was a decent place to stay for the price, near our family out in TN. Al’s place was true to the pictures and listed items in the stocked kitchen. It is a one AC window unit for 2 bedrooms so fans are needed. There were none in the house so we borrowed some from family which helped. Also there is an ant problem in the hallway but some spray should take care of that. Overall it met our needs for a cheaper place to visit family over the weekend.
