Overall the stay at this Air BnB was wonderful! Though it was a bit frustrating that the AC was out upon our arrival, Apple communicated well and responded promptly to send out a technician by late afternoon the next day. There were just a couple of little things that were not expected, such as the refrigerator ice and water dispenser not working and the removable part of the shower head in the bathroom falling off (though it did not inhibit the ability to take a shower). However, overall the pool and hot tub were nice to have and there was plenty of space and fun memories created for all 7 of us! It was nice to have cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. already provided and it was so fun to have a game room!

Apple was super responsive and tried to accommodate asks as they arose. The amenities offered at the home were nice and my family & I enjoyed our time in the city.

We loved this place. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus. Everything was clean. We had a great time.

Chose the property for the hot tub and pool and weren’t ready for use. The pool return jets weren’t on and pool was dirty, the hot tub was very low and had yellow sitting water. Reached out to the host for help, host didn’t respond. We spent most of our stay cleaning them. There wasn’t hot water for more than 1 guest. The provided coffee pot was broken so when we made coffee it spilled into the hot plate and over the counter. The grill was dirty and full of grease to the point where there was a grease fire. There was no can opener or pool towels. One bathroom sink sprays water out the sides, the other has a faucet that is not attached to the sink, and the hot water handle didn’t work. At night there are noisy cars. Tried to address concerns with the host who didn’t respond until I submitted airbnb complaint and then responded by accusing us of damage. I recommend the host stays a night to see issues and condition of property . CYA - take pics at arrival and don’t expect host responses.
