Super séjour. Emplacement parfait proche de tout pour profiter de miami. Logement avec beaucoup d'espace et super agréable pour toute la famille. Nous recommendons fortement et Constantin est un hote incroyable, il nous a aider sur toutes nos demandes et ultra reactif. On reviendra.

The place is beautiful!!! It has everything that we need and the beds are comfortable. It’s super close to little Havana and we were able to get around easily. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for an airbnb in Miami

We had an amazing time at Constantin’s place. The house is cozy and has all the amenities + very close to little havana (walkable). Its a great deal! Definitely recommend!

Our family of three (w/ 4-yr-old toddler) had a great stay at Constantin’s guest house. This AirBnB has a great location, close (very short drive) to everywhere we planned to go. Our activities were around Coral Gables and Biscayne Bay; a short drive to the Venetian Pool; just right next door to the Vizcaya Mansion/ Garden. This tiny house host three of us comfortable, layout is great; large sleeping area at 2nd floor with two queen beds (for close friends/ family). Roomy 1st floor of the living area. Kitchen with full equipments which you with no problem to prepare your meals. We also used the washer and dryer at the last day. Easy to find street parking, and nice local residential neighborhood. Very good communication with Constantine and he always responds quick. I recommended Constantine’s place and will rent again next time around the area.
