We absolutely loved our stay! We had a very last minute booking and the host was very accommodating. Even though we booked the day before, the cabin was extremely clean and ready for us. The bathtub looked so inviting but I didn’t have a chance to test it out. The bathrooms were spotless. The master suite was very nice for my husband and I to feel like we had our own space to relax while the kids played. We brought our own board games, but the cabin also has a few which was nice! The kids loved the cozy blankets (there were so many options!) and the indoor swimming pool. We are already talking about our next visit to the cabin!

This place was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Matthew was extremely helpful leading up to the weekend and it made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing.

Matt has a great place nestled in the mountains of rural West Virginia. If that's what you're looking for, that's what you'll get and more. Friendly people, friendly surroundings. The cabin was as advertised. Pictures don't do it justice. Recommend for others.

Just returned from spending a few peaceful, slow, snowy days at Matthew’s cabin, and we’re already thinking about our next visit! What a fabulous place - super clean, spacious (but cozy), and serene. Easy to disconnect from civilization if that’s you’re looking for, but with fast wifi in case you want to stream movies/shows or work. You can’t go wrong with this place!
