Great place to stay if you like walking, so close to get on the beach and there were lovely walks with views over the salt marshes and fields going towards Donna Nook. The house was superb, plenty of room for the three of us and a Labrador without feeling like your always tripping over each other. The hot tub was a lovely extra too, really enjoyed watching the sunsets over the roof tops.

The property is decorated beautifully. Perfect stay if you like Cleethorpes and have a dog. We don’t have a dog so were put off by the pet hair.

Beautiful stay, very high end chalet which is styled beautifully. Very relaxing and literally a few minutes walk from the beach. Host was very quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely stay here again in the summer when the weather is nicer :-)

The boat house was just stunning and there was immaculate attention to detail with some nice, thoughtful touches. Even better that it was just a stones throw away from the beach. The only qualm we had was that we ran out of wood on the first day for the hot tub and had to purchase more. The host was very responsive to any queries and very friendly.

Fantastic stay at the boat house clean & cosy & been finished to a high standard ! Wouldn’t bother with the hot tub , too much messing about . We would definitely stay again .
