The villa: GROUND FLOOR: At the ground floor we have a staircase leading up to the main entrance of the villa and the swimming pool/terrace but also a huge garage which fits 2 cars that directly runs in to the downstairs living room where you will find a TV and a patio. Also located on the ground floor is one big bedroom, a smaller bedroom and a bathroom. FIRST FLOOR: At the first floor on the outside you will find our private swimming pool which is heated the whole year at 28 degrees, the terrace around the swimming pool and at the back a garden surrounded by trees and plants where you can relax in the shadow for most of the day because of the nature that we planted in the garden. On the inside of the villa on the first floor, we have our fully American styled equipped kitchen which leads to the terrace/swimming pool area, next to the kitchen is the living room equipped with a Smart Tv so you can stream whatever you like. Going through the hall you will find two bathrooms and two bedrooms, the bedroom windows lead to the garden at the back. UPPER FLOOR: Arriving at the upper floor we have our master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which leads to our big upper terrace, the perfect place to get the best tan possible and another smaller terrace at the backside of the house.
