We really enjoyed our stay here! The hot tub wasn't up to par but that was okay by us, given it was very hot in Tucson. The pool was excellent and highly utilized. The owners were responsive and friendly and we felt comfortable throughout the stay. Would highly recommend for families traveling with children.

Chris’ space overall would be amazing if the place was cleaner and the amenities worked. Mine and my kids’ feet were black after walking around the house the first night, trash in a bedroom, and wet, stinky clothes in the washer. On day 2, an unannounced pool guy showed up and came in through the locked backyard gate to take care of the pool(he had a key). Chris messaged me about it around the time the pool guy showed up, but I didn’t see the message until the man had already let himself into the locked backyard. Chris’ manual states that the pool is cleaned on Thurs from 3-5. The pool guy told me he always comes on Fri. Huge miscommunication and total safety issue! The pool was full of debris and cold. The hot tub took 6 hours to heat up to 82 degrees. When I reached out to Chris, he responded with a video on how to turn on the hot tub. Not helpful.The hot tub doesn’t work.Chris seems like a nice guy and the space could be great if it were clean and the amenities functioned as listed.

I am originally from Tucson and go back to visit often and let me say this was the BEST place so far! Centrally located, enough space for myself and the family, clean, amenities and don’t get me started on the amazing pool and hot tub! Chris was an awesome host!

Chris's rental was cozy and quaint. It had everything we needed and everything functioned perfectly. Additionally he offers a fabulous deal that provides all the amenities at a fantastic price. I highly recommend staying at Chris's place!
