Our Spacious, private backyard is the perfect escape. You can enjoy the big lounge area, perfect for adults and the kids. In the backyard you will also find a propane barbecue to help you create the perfect backyard BBQ, and plenty of seating and eating areas for everyone in the group. Our home is furnished with comfortable beds and eletric recliner couches, as well as cozy linens, so you can enjoy a blissful night’s rest. Tucson Botanical Gardens- (16 minutes): A peaceful garden oasis with themed gardens, including a butterfly exhibit, a cactus and succulent garden, and a zen garden. Tucson Museum of Art- (15 minutes): Located in downtown Tucson, this museum showcases a collection of art, including American West, Latin American, and contemporary art. - - - - Before booking this home, please review ALL house rules to make sure that this is the right home for you. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Smoking is allowed on this property, but only outside! Only thing we ask is not to burn holes in furniture. Everything is checked over after every stay. (No smoking inside!) There are ash trays in the backyard for this purpose. No glass eating/drinking ware outside. -NO parties, small gatherings (no more than 15 people) are allowed just be respectful of our neighbors. No extra guests to stay the night unless allowed by host. Violation of this rule could result in your immediate dismissal from the property and assessment of a $500 fee. - NO smoking or vaping in the home. There are ash trays outside in designated smoking areas. $1000 fee if this no smoking rule is found to be broken. - Please observe our neighborhood QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am. PET OWNERS PLEASE NOTE: $50 fee- Allowed 2 dogs 50 pounds or under. If bigger dogs or more than 2, we just request $150 refundable deposit. -There are NO unauthorized pets allowed. If you have not been approved to bring a pet OR you have not paid your pet fee, you are not allowed to bring your pet. Those who break this rule are subject to a $250 fee. If you plan on bringing your pet and need to pay the pet fee, send us a message about it before you arrive. -You must pick up all your pet waste before check out. If any waste is found left behind you are subject to a $125 fee. TRASH: -The trash is located on the left side of the house by the gate. Pool Heater: The pool is heated by REQUEST it does take a couple hours to get to temperature and there is a daily fee to heat the pool. Please DO NOT touch any pool settings. Our cleaners are VERY good at checking for these things and we also get alerts to our phones. If tampered with in any sort unless advised by host results in a $500 fee. NO POOL FENCING!! Please watch your kiddos and pets. Hosts will not be held liable for any injuries or deaths. We have provided child locks to all doors leading to the pool. Please help us ensure everyone has a great time and make sure these are locked appropriately when necessary. Tampering of any kind with the Ring doorbell or Schlage lock will subject you to an immediate removal from the property with no refund of any days not used.
