We rented this home for our daughters graduation from U of A. We came from the British Virgin Islands, and had family from Maine, Georgia and Montana. We were all very pleased with the accomodations. It was beautiful, well appointed and had modern decor. The open plan worked well for our family of 12 who stayed there, giving ample sleeping space as well as congregation and gathering space for family time.The external deck was spacious and fireplace and the was pool well enjoyed by some of my family members. The yard space has ample parking. The hosts were responsive and even allowed a small window for us to check out later to accommodate an afternoon flight. It conveniently located in the foothills and is easy drive to 1st Avenue and Oracle St. I would highly recommend these accomodations. Penn Family

The house was perfect for our golf trip. Plenty of room and space for everyone. The house was clean and had everything that was listed. Daniel was very responsive to every message or question I sent him. Highly recommended!

Perfection! Our Dad turned 80 so we all gathered to honor him at this beautiful home! There was plenty of space for all of us 11 of us! We enjoyed the pool and coffee talk all surrounding the large dinning table..There was so much space for everyone to enjoy cozy couches, a wonderful kitchen and we all had our own bed and bathrooms! It was a special treat for us all!!! 5 plus stars!

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous home. It was perfect for our larger group in town for a wedding or whatever events. I'd even bring my family for a little staycation to use the pool and other amenities. Extremely clean home, extremely friendly/responsive hosts, overall amazing experience. Thank you!
