It needs a bit more work for it to be good for people with allergies or immune issues and or lung/respiratory issues. Jessa was great to work with and very responsive.

It was the perfect stay! My family (3 adults, 3 kids) drove from N. CA to celebrate my graduation weekend at UA. This is the best home for a family-friendly gathering. I am grateful to the owner for making it so special for us. She was amazing! Very communicative, responsive, and flexible as well. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to shops, plus the short drive to Tucson is beautiful. The layout of the home was fantastic with an open common area with great visibility to the backyard with ample patio furniture. We didn't use the grill but it looked brand new. The home was also spacious, comfortable, and very well-stocked with EVERYTHING. The home was perfect for the little ones to be entertained with toys and books, when they weren't in the pool or sandbox. There were lifejackets available for the kiddos too. It was a lovely weekend in a gorgeous home! I wish I could stay again soon! Thanks so much for the best Airbnb experience!

Good place to stay. Very roomy and comfortable. Lots of added extras: coffee, tea. Didn't use the pool; too cold. Would definitely recommend for a family.

Super great location! Grocery store was only 1 mile away. We were attending an event at the Oro Valley Aquatic Center and it was only 5 min drive. Place was clean and kitchen well stocked. Host was very kind to give us early check-in and late check-out!
