Peredes is a very quiet area - don’t go here if you’re looking for nightlife, but if you want some peace away from the city, this is the place for you. The supermarket was 300’ away, so it was extremely convenient to pick up all meals. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook at home. Restaurants and shopping were a short walk away if cooking at home is not your thing. Train is very close and connects to metro which goes all the way to the airport in no time. Cacais was an easy Uber or train ride away as well. Beach was walkable, but the house is at the top of some hills, so much easier to walk to the beach and a bit tougher to walk back to the apartment.

It was great to stay @chaletdasmarias. Simple but cared for and functional studio in a quiet street but very conveniently located - few minutes walk to Parede center, the train station and the beaches. There is a great supermarket nearby too. Pedro is a super attentive host
