树屋是一个非常童话且具有浪漫色彩的房子。相信每一个心怀纯真的人，都希望拥有一次在树屋里居住的体验。 早上躺在阳台的摇椅上，可以看到小松鼠在眼前的树枝上觅食；房后的空地上，有孔雀先生和可爱的牛儿。甚至在沐浴的时候，阳光透过手工木帘的缝隙漏进来，点点光斑亦让人心醉。住在树屋里，会由衷感叹房屋主人的心灵手巧，美感和实用性兼具。 房东一家多次为我们准备了丰盛的美食，新鲜水果，当地食物和特色的自制饮品。当我们结束一天旅程夜归时，他们仍然热心地招待了我们。还准备了咖啡和茶，为我们和在异国工作的家人朋友提供了夜聊的茶会。太感谢他们了，这真是一次太难忘的回忆。

We had an incredible experience at Tree House, as we felt right at home with the family. They cooked us amazing traditional meals (all vegan and from their garden), tended to anything we needed (tuk tuk rides, recommendations) and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The tree house is a special place and we will definitely be back!

The treehouse was everything we hoped for and more. The place itself was so cool. There was a tree growing inside the house with leaves etc and a lovely balcony outside to immerse yourself in nature. The host was so gracious, kind and proactive. He gave us homemade gifts at the end and more food than we could eat. In other places we stayed around Sri Lanka, we were given bills at the end of our stay for extra transport or for any extra item given to us. Our treehouse host gave all of this to us for free (including a tour and taste of the spices and interesting tropical fruits around the garden, and even organised a whale watching tour last minute for us at a lower price). You could tell he was very proud of the place and he should be! It was amazing and he was our favourite host! Definitely stay here if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns on the coast! The beach in midigama is nicer than the others anyway!

This is a truly special place. Nerenga and family are the most kind and welcoming hosts. The treehouse is a work of art. Beautifully crafted and very comfortable. Even has hot shower and air con. I felt so peaceful as soon as I arrived. You will be incredibly well fed here. The homecooked food is abundant and delicious. As others have said, arrive hungry. I felt very cared for. I loved how Nerenga explained the produce in the garden, and in the meals. I only had a short tour (due to spending so much time surfing!). I highly recommend making time for this, or the longer version. Location is great. 15 minute peaceful stroll down to Midigama with swimming or surf, or take a tuk tuk. I enjoyed the walk, seeing the local shops and saying hello to people. Nerenga arranged great value taxi to airport. If you want to experience real Sri Lankan warmth and hospitality, contribute to a small local business, amidst beauty and nature but still close to surf/yoga etc, this is it!
